I'm not really one for heights

So I wasn’t exactly looking forward to going up to the top of the 306m high (and tallest building of the E.U.) skyscraper, The Shard. However, I’m not one to turn down a challenge, so on a windy February Sunday morning, off we went.

And up we go...

After entering the chic lobby, we zoom up in two elevators, and a few seconds later, here we are… And I am freaking out.

After a lot of shuffling feet and clinging onto the pillars for dear life...

I was finally able to fully apprecite the amazing view. And soon realised how much better I felt hiding behind my viewfinder!
